Pole dancing is a gymnastic discipline that has recently been officially recognized as a sport in Europe. It is a mixture of dance and acrobatics on and around a vertical metal bar, which can be fixed or rotate freely around its axis, depending on the thrust exerted by the dancer.

The hoop is a discipline that comes from the circus arts. Just like pole dancing, it is a mixture of acrobatic dance that is practiced on a suspended hoop.

Contortion is an acrobatic discipline practiced in the circus, in gymnastics and in cabaret-variety. It is based on extreme flexion and extension movements of the human body. This course will allow you to gain in mobility and amplitude to practice certain Pole Dance or Hoop tricks such as jade, allegra or chopstick.

In dance, floor work refers to movements performed on the floor. Floor work is widely used in modern dance, in our case it is largely inspired by pole and will allow you to dance close to pole without inverting or climbing.

This class is taken from exotic dancers. It will allow you to learn to dance sensually and to express your sensuality around the barre and on the floor (accessible to the beginner level). Heeled shoes are strongly recommended.
